Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026. Pending review by legal counsel before publication.

1. Who is responsible

Castellana Homes [verify: full legal name and tax number], registered at Madrid, España [verify: full registered address]. Data protection contact: info@castellanahomes.es.

2. What we collect

What you give us in a form: your name, email, phone number and whatever property details you choose to share (street or area, size, condition, inheritance situation, a listing link).

Technical and browsing data: IP address, browser identifier, pages viewed, reading depth and where the visit came from (campaign parameters and, where present, Meta's click identifier). This is used only for advertising measurement, and only if you accept measurement cookies.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To handle your enquiry - sending the valuation, audit, report or guide you asked for and contacting you about it by phone, email or WhatsApp. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

To measure how our ads perform and improve these pages. Legal basis: your consent, given by accepting measurement cookies. If you reject them, nothing is sent to Meta and the content works exactly the same.

4. Who else processes your data

HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel) - the CRM that stores your enquiry and from which we manage contact. Servers in the United States.

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. - advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Any identifiers we send (email, phone) are always sent as an irreversible SHA-256 hash, never in the clear. Only if you accepted measurement cookies.

Vercel Inc. - hosting for these pages and server logs.

International transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. [verify with legal counsel]

5. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details while there is mutual interest, and for no more than 24 months from the last contact [verify retention period], unless a legal obligation requires longer. Evidence of your consent is kept for as long as we may need it to demonstrate that consent.

6. Your rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@castellanahomes.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to your own national authority.

7. Cookies

We use one first-party technical cookie to remember your answer to the consent banner. If you accept, we load the Meta Pixel, which sets _fbp and, if you arrived from an ad, _fbc, lasting 90 days. If you reject, no Meta script loads and neither cookie is set. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
